Gerhard joined Payette as a designer in the spring of 2013. He received a Masters of Social Sciences degree in Psychology from the University of the Free State in 2005 and a Masters of Architecture degree from MIT in 2010. He is an Associate member of the American Psychological Association, a member of the Environmental Design Research Association, and a member of the AIA.
