Milly has 18 years of experience designing healthcare facilities and is passionate about working closely with user groups, particularly nurses, in the planning and design of each project. Milly was also a department head for Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Facilities Planning and Design Department from 1996-2000, where she gained a good understanding of the operational forces that shape capital planning decision-making as well as the importance of long-term planning.
