Since joining Payette in 2013, Rick has focused much of this time managing the fitout design for Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology located outside of Moscow, Russia. He is a creative project manager, leader and strategic thinker with nearly 20 years of professional architecture and master planning experience as a valuable contributor who keeps the process moving through team building and successful solutions. Rick’s passion for great architecture is founded in a philosophy where the built for is in harmony with the environment. Architecture with building forms that create space that is humane, sustainable, and adaptable for future use. Working together to foster relationships Rick’s strengths include an ability to balance the big picture while listening to the problem at hand in order to develop creative solutions through a clear method and timely process.
