Yennifer joined Payette in January 2019. She received her bachelor's degree in International Affairs from Northeastern University in 2012, and worked in public health and human rights for a few years before taking the leap into the design world. In September 2018, she graduated from Suffolk University with an MA in Interior Architecture. She is passionate about creating human-centered, inclusive, and sustainable spaces that can positively influence people's lives and health. She is also the founder of KILIKO, a practice that works to create community and reduce loneliness and social isolation through design and event programming.
In all our healthcare projects, embedded nature is a guiding principle. Integration of natural elements into our designs is not merely an aesthetic choice; it is a fundamental aspect of creating healing environments that enhance patient well-being and promote a sense of community.
From the serene gardens of urban hospitals to the thoughtful use of natural light and biophilic design elements, we are committed to fostering spaces that support both physical and emotional healing. Read more on our latest blog (link in bio!).
