The SCUP North Atlantic Regional Conference is coming to Cambridge, MA, and will be at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge on March 4 – 6, 2018. If you’re attending this year’s conference, you can catch discussions on our recent buildings at Boston University and Northeastern University.
Transforming Homogeneous City Landscapes into Vibrant Architectural Tapestries
The architecture of today must account for the needs of tomorrow. Firms and clients must learn to make bold moves together to create sustainable, adaptable, and progressive urban spaces. This session will analyze the bold vision of two recent projects that rethink designing for campuses, cities, and institutional agendas. By identifying design strategies that have fostered innovation for both our Northeastern University Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex and Boston University Rajen Kilachand Center for Integrated Life Sciences and Engineering, this session will demonstrate how designers and owners alike can think about and design bold buildings.
