Or instead of exchanging gifts, check out some great exhibits at the BSA Space located at 280 Congress Street. Currently on display, the 6th Annual Gingerbread Design exhibition are masterpieces created by local architecture and landscape architecture firms from around Massachusetts. This year, 15 teams explored the theme: “Innovations and Firsts.” The exhibit will be open to the public until December 31st from 10am-5pm, except on December 23 which will be open 10am-3:00pm and will be closed all day on December 25.
While you are at BSA Space, you can also check out the four finalists for the BSA/AIA Harleston Parker Medal. This annual award seeks to recognize “the single most beautiful building or other structure” built in the metropolitan Boston area. We are honored that our Northeastern University Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex is a finalist. In the exhibit, you can learn more about all four projects including model replicas of each project. The winner will be announced at the 7th BSA Design Awards Gala on Thursday, January 18.
From all of at PAYETTE, we would like to wish you a safe and happy holiday!
