Over the next several weeks the PAYETTE interiors department will share great and interesting interiors-related links. Each day of the week we target a specific interiors-related topic and share it via Twitter using the hashtag #interiors. At the end of each week we’ll share all the links here. We hope you’ll find some inspiration, new ideas and great new sources. And we hope you’ll share your great interiors moments with us.
This week I have been sharing some of my personal favorite products from this year’s NeoCon – the largest contract interiors event of the year that showcases new and innovative designs.
The majority of NeoCon events take place in the Merchandise Mart; Home to 700+ showrooms, it’s the third largest building in the United States and even has its own zipcode.

COALESSE, MASSAUD COLLECTION
This lounge turned heads at the Coalesse showroom, due to the space-age canopy attached to it. A few items attached to the canopy prototypes included display panels and lights, making it the ultimate place to relax and escape from work or escape to work.
KEILHAUER, JUXTA
I love the amount of options available in this 39 component collection of tables, chairs and sofas. The 360 degree stool with 360 degree swivel tablet arm allows for flexible working, and is my personal favorite from the line for its ability to be used in multiple interior environments.

MANNINGTON, REDEFINED
Mannington & Corgan Associates were able to reinterpret classic textile patterns in a new way and push manufacturing capabilities; the carpet tiles maintain the level of fun and sophistication that the patterns inherit, but the subtleness of these textures allow the collection to work in today’s interiors.

HAWORTH & OBSURE DIGITAL, BLUESCAPE
Awarded the ‘Best of NeoCon’ award, it offers cloud-based software and services to help teams collaborate and complete projects using 160 acres of virtual space that can be accessed by multiple devices, including multi-touch screens.

DESIGNTEX, CHARLEY HARPER WALLCOVERING & FABRICS
Todd Oldham has teamed up with Designtex to honor Charley Harper’s fanciful wildlife illustrations in this new collection. I may be biased because I am a fan of Charley Harper’s work, but these are great for K-12 & healthcare applications!

MECHOSYSTEMS, MAGNASHADE
This super-wide shade is a great solution for large lecture halls or auditoriums. It has a sleek, slim profile and can continuously cover 40 feet, with no sagging. The prefabricated cradle & mounting bracket make it easy for on-site installation.
Check back next week for more interiors resources and inspiration, or follow along throughout the week with @PAYETTEpeople and the hashtag #interiors. Catch up with the week one round-up, here.
