Since joining PAYETTE in 2022, with tirelessness and grace, Inez has become an invaluable force personified by dexterity, precision, insight and calmness. Her early project work includes the design of the exterior envelope for the Aventine Life Science Buildings and construction administration for the EXP Research Building at Northeastern University.
More recently, Inez has been a leading contributor to the Sustainable Engineering Laboratories at UMass Amherst, where she was key in advancing the coordination of building systems and the design of labs and interior spaces. Considered and committed in everything she does, Inez’s combination of rigor and skill has been integral to realizing the project’s design ambitions, ethos of exploration and ongoing success, from design through construction.
Both internally, within the team, and externally with consultants, contractors and clients, Inez exudes leadership and fosters confidence through her exacting standards. Always willing to take on any exploration or new venture, she is both curious and in command of all she approaches. Her impact is testament to what true collaboration can look like.
