We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the University of Vermont New Research Laboratory Project & Given Building Renovation in partnership with Black River Design. The renovation/addition will provide modern research and office space to accommodate both the Larner College faculty and the Psychology Department faculty which conducts renowned research that improves the health and healthcare of the citizens of Vermont, our nation and the world.

PAYETTE and Black River Design have both previously worked with the University of Vermont, including the Planning Study for this project. In addition, PAYETTE designed the Health Science Research Facility and Black River Design led earlier Given Building renovations.
