Next month, Andrea Love, PAYETTE’s Director of Building Science will be a keynote speaker at the ULI Fall Meeting in Boston on October 10. She will be discussing the initiatives set forth by Boston-area universities in green design and towards achieving net zero with the Responsible Property Investment Council. The membership of the Council is comprised of nearly fifty experts from the fields of development, financing, architectural and other allied professionals from around the country. The group is interested in the resources that are strong in the Boston area for Innovation in the Green Design/Energy Efficiency and believe that the focus on what has been achieved in the University context will be helpful.
Each year, the ULI Fall Meeting brings together more than 6,000 leaders from every sector of the real estate industry. Attendees will meet developers, investors, architects, planners, brokers, academics, attorneys, decision makers, and public officials. The meeting will take place between October 8–11 in Boston.
