We are thrilled to announce that the Harvard Art Museums has received the 2021 Harleston Parker Medal. We are very pleased that our esteemed client has received this honor.
The Harvard Art Museums have always been more than a conventional museum. Working in collaboration with the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the new project was designed to renovate the historic Fogg Museum structure and provide a new addition that would house the Arthur M. Sackler Museum, the Busch-Reisinger Museum and classrooms, resulting in a stimulating and collaborative teaching environment and an object-based model of art education and research. By consolidating the collection under one roof, new opportunities were created for viewing the museums’ diverse collection and studying interrelationships that were previously obscured as a result of physical separation.
