Drawing in the third dimension: what does it mean? What does it look like? Today we’ve rounded up some of our 3D renderings.
The evolution of 3D modeling programs and the consolidation of media has allowed our profession to work more efficiently. With fast pace schedules and deadlines always approaching, these programs have made it easy to simply export images and move on the next assignment. These exported images are great for process, but all too often graphically do not communicate the idea or tell the story. The tools of the trade are always changing, but it is important that we do not to lose our artistic ability. Spend the extra time and use a combination of programs and media that allows you to put our own touch on the images. Let the images tell the story.
What kind of 3D work are you doing?
