Drawing in the third dimension: what does it mean? What does it look like? Today we’ve rounded up recent 3D work. Drawing in the third dimension is an important component of how we represent our work and our ideas to our clients and colleagues.
3D AERIAL VIEWS
We are constantly developing graphic techniques that enhance the design process and enlighten our ideas. In the heart of Schematic Design, we were charged with the task of coming up with a user friendly way to represent the exterior concept. Using a technique I’ve picked up, we produced these multi-media 3D aerial views of the project. I helped integrate our hand-drawn landscape plan (drawn by Ramsey Bakhoum) into the computer generated 3D images. This multi-media technique helped communicate our ideas and soften the typically unforgiving sketch up views.
