Because Alex and I sit near each other in PAYETTE’s open office, we quickly realized our shared love of clementines. Pulling 2-3 clementines out a day led to various drawn out discussions about how to peel them.
Since architects are known to have an opinion about things now and then, we thought it would be interesting to open this up as an experiment to the rest of the firm. We asked anyone who took clementines from our stash to peel it and then wrap their peel in a piece of trace with their name on it so we could look at the results.
How do you peel your clementine?
Experiment checklist:
- 2 bins of Clementines
- 1 roll of trace paper
- 1 marker
- 1 large bin for wrapped peels
- About 40 persnickety architects
Check out the pictures below for the varied results! For a more in-depth look, check out our summary book, Peels Please.
