Paving the Road to Licensure

In last week’s AIA Architect article, Steve Cimino explored different ways firms support and encourage their staff on the path to licensure. Hilary Barlow and Jenny Ratner, co-chairs of our Young Designers Core (YDC), contributed to the article, sharing their perspective on how PAYETTE supports the process. The YDC serves as a mechanism to help staff on that path and as an education and communication conduit across the firm. The group builds community within the firm across a range of events from a bocce ball tournament on the greenway to tips on networking to internal education forums.

Cimino’s article also touched on strategies and systems in place at both Adriam Smith + Gordon Gill and at Erlich Architects.
