Making Progress towards the 2030 Commitment

Andrea Love, our Director of Building Science, weighs in about the challenges facing firms reporting data and the positive response to the Design Data Exchange (DDx). While the DDx and other tools track data, those driving the movement towards the 2030 Commitment are truly changing culture, as Andrea Love discussed in an article with AIA Architect, “the 2030 Commitment is about changing the whole practice.”

The good news, as reported by Environmental Building News, is that we’ve added nearly 30 billion SF to our building stock, but we have not increased our energy consumption.
