We are thrilled to announce PAYETTE has been selected to lead the study, design and construction of a long-term care facility to serve the Commonwealth’s veterans at the Chelsea Soldiers’ Home location. The campus sits in the iconic Boston Hilltop site atop Powder Horn Hill, one of the highest locations surrounding the Boston Harbor. This effort will also provide an overall development framework to guide the transformation of the Chelsea Soldiers’ Home including the site for the Community Living Center (CLC) and making provisions to accommodate a range of housing types serving the needs of the veterans’ population.
We are excited to build upon our Chelsea Soldiers’ Home Feasibility Study we previously completed and provide our veterans with a state-of-the-art facility and campus.
