
Karen joined Payette in 2012 as a graphic designer and has since led several communications initiatives from the ground-up for the firm. With a background in literature and theatre, Karen infuses all of her work with storytelling and emphasis on captivating the audience. Karen received her Bachelor of Arts with an honors designation in English with a minor in Theater Arts from the University of Richmond.
ArchForum is a an informal discussion group at PAYETTE, created as a venue for candid discussion and critical thinking. Rooted in curiosity and a shared passion for design discourse, ArchForum’s mission is to encourage thoughtful conversations that might not always find space in the day-to-day flow of practice.
