How does LEED version 4 differ from LEED version 3? This presentation will be a case study of one project’s experience looking and comparing these two versions. It will provide an overview of critical changes and differences observed for the project between v3 and v4, as well as a summary of the benefits and disadvantages. This presentation will be helpful for those familiar with LEEDv3, and interested in understanding the critical differences under v4. With the concurrent overlap of LEEDv3 and LEEDv4 for the next year, this analysis may assist project teams currently deciding between the versions to pursue.
