After witnessing the murder of another black person, our country is grieving and angered from that loss and the far too many others that have come before as a result of ongoing systematic racism and disregard of human life for people of color. We acknowledge and recognize the pain that those communities are feeling and will listen and support them.
At PAYETTE we believe that design has the power to uplift communities, promote equality, and support racial justice.
We have an obligation to ask ourselves what things we can do to dismantle the systemic racism in the communities where we live and work. PAYETTE is committed to being an ally and taking action to continue to work towards a more diverse, equitable and inclusive organization and society.
