Here in Boston, with the growing need for affordable housing, the micro apartment trend has taken off. What is a micro apartment? Basically, it is a studio apartment no more than about 350 square feet (+/-). Obviously, one must be very conscious and stock these apartments with tools that accomplish multiple things at once.
