PAYETTE is very excited to announce that three of our projects have won 2016 AIA New England Design Awards.
Columbia University, SEAS Data Science Institute received a Merit Award for Interior Design.
Located in the Seeley W. Mudd Building on its Morningside Heights campus, the project will create an interdisciplinary research and education environment for faculty and students tackling the challenges and opportunities associated with big data science.
Boston Children’s Hospital, James Mandell Building received a Merit Award for Design.
A ten-story urban infill building that contains much needed expansion space for the ED, Imaging, Same Day Surgery, Neurology, Pharmacy and four floors of new inpatient beds in alignment with the existing hospital.
Alexandria Real Estate Equities, 75-125 Binney Street received a Citation Award for Design.
This project consists of two buildings that contain approximately 380,000 GSF of flexible laboratory and office space and occupy a full city block in Kendall Square. The two buildings are connected by a five-story atrium with a dramatic landscape design and public café.
Our winning projects were celebrated at the AIA New England 2016 Design Awards Ceremony this past Friday, September 30th in Portland, Maine.
