We are excited to announce we have been selected to lead the Dana-Farber Chestnut Hill Project. The project will include medical oncology and imaging facilities utilizing approximately 140,000 RSF of the third and fourth floors of the Life Time Center building in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
PAYETTE has had the pleasure of working with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute on multiple projects throughout the years, our recent experience includes the Cell Molecular Imaging Facility, Smith 2 Clinical Laboratory and the Cell Manipulation Core Facility.
We look forward to working with Dana-Farber and developing creative solutions within the unique footprint of the Life Time Center building to create a welcoming and state-of-the-art imaging and medical oncology center.
We are honored to share PAYETTE has received two 2026 Green Good Design Awards from The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies—Land’s Sake Farm and The Ragon Institute of Mass General, MIT, and Harvard.
