We are pleased to share PAYETTE, in partnership with Eskew+Dumez+Ripple, has been awarded the School of Science and Engineering District Space Study at Tulane University. The School of Science and Engineering (SSE) combines the very best of a top tier research university with a strong commitment to high quality undergraduate education.
The SSE occupies twelve buildings on the Uptown Campus of Tulane University, totaling just under half a million gross square feet. In partnership with EDR, we will evaluate current space needs for the SSE, forecast future space needs and develop typologies and site strategies to accommodate both current and future needs while preparing the preliminary building program for the first two phases of construction, namely a new interdisciplinary research and teaching building, Paul Hall and the renovation of Percival Stern Hall.
We look forward to collaborating with Tulane University to provide state-of-the-art research and teaching space for faculty, staff and students at the School of Science and Engineering.
