PAYETTE has been awarded the programming and pre-design services for the new academic building at the University of Hartford. The project presents an amazing opportunity to create a signature building for the campus while simultaneously raising the visibility of engineering, nursing and health sciences.
The campus is located on approximately 340 acres in a suburban setting four miles from downtown Hartford, and the University provides a robust, distinctive educational experience for its more than 5,000 undergraduate and 1,400 graduate students. Distinguished faculty provide rigorous instruction, as well as research, performance and internship opportunities, in more than 100 degree programs in the arts, humanities, business, engineering and technology, education and health professions.
We are excited by this project’s potential and look forward to coauthoring a solution with the University to develop a showcase building that places student projects and learning at the front door of the campus.
