Creating a new campus heart for Boston Children’s Hospital Waltham: transforming an aging suburban clinic into the hospital’s first satellite hospital.

At 220,000 GSF, 48 beds, 12 ORs the project not only offers expansion and new outdoor amenities, but new green spaces in the heart of the campus will fundamentally transform the Waltham campus.
