Massachusetts is adopting a new energy code as of July 1, 2014. What are the major changes? How will building design be affected? And what happens to the Stretch Code? In this session, participants will hear from two experts; Martine Dion of SMMA and Chris Schaffner of The Green Engineer, Inc. as they describe the major changes to the energy code and the impact those changes will have. This session will cover IECC 2012, ASHRAE 90.1-2010 as well as the latest on Stretch Code proposals. This is an interactive session – discussion and audience questions are encouraged.
