Dane recently joined Payette in April, 2017. Dane has contributed to the fabrication efforts in the office, including the full-scale China mock-up, the Boston University Donor Model, the acoustic enhancement research project and various project site models. Dane earned his Master of Architecture degree from Rhode Island School of Design in 2015, and his Bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning in 2009.

Payette's Spatial Equity Research Group looks at design through the lens of social equity, diversity and inclusion. The design process revolves around the users, with equitable design strategies expanding upon that thinking by broadening the spectrum of users considered when designing a space.
