Michael joined Payette in 2017 after ten years working in New York City. His professional experience has been primarily focused on the planning, design and implementation of research laboratories and teaching spaces for higher education clients. Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan.
Check out our new webpage on our recently completed project – the Children’s Hospital Vertical Expansion at Penn State Health’s Milton S. Hershey Medical Center @pennstatehershey. This is the final implementation of a Master Plan for the new Clinical Quadrangle, the Vertical Expansion marks the completion of a 15-year-long campus transformation, beginning with the new Cancer Institute, completed in 2009, followed by the Children’s Hospital, completed in 2012. With the completion of the 3-story addition on top of the Children’s Hospital, the ambitious plan reached full implementation. It brings additional services under a single roof, enabling the renowned Hershey team to better provide the family-centered, team-based care they are known for in the region’s only stand-alone Children’s Hospital.
