Mollica joined PAYETTE in 2004. She currently leads three different typological projects. She was the Project Architect for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s new two story 25,000 SF cleanroom for stem cell therapy, the new two-floor anatomical studies renovation for Tufts University Medical School and the undergraduate sciences addition with renovations at Bryn Mawr College. Mollica has been very active in Women in Design (WiD) groups, previously leading PAYETTE’s in-house WiD group and serving on BSA WiD committees. She is involved in Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design recruiting efforts and participates annually in the Radcliffe Mentoring Program. For several years, she led PAYETTE’s in-house Architecture Forum.
