We are a highly collaborative practice, in which fifteen partners share equal roles in marketing, management and design. Our diverse, multigenerational design culture has remained true to our founders’ principles, while empowering successive generations to apply more potent capabilities towards practicing them. While our firm has a singular name, we have continued to advance beyond the milestones set by our namesake partner. As Fred Markus and Paul Nocka invested in the young Tom Payette, we invest in our young designers, to secure the ongoing evolution of the firm.
